1999 - 2006
The IPMS leadership and management development programmes were deployed across all executives and senior managers, as well as developing a specialist team of 'systems thinkers' to take on the programme.

Major leadership and management development project. The CIO led his team to fuse multiple bank IT functions - across the lifecycle from software development and service delivery - into one organisation and then integrate it into the Operations, Marketing and Client Services of the main bank.
2003 - 2006
Sponsored by the GM Human Resources, Shirley Zinn, we designed a Leadership Architecture for the Commissioner, 18 General Managers and the top 600 managers in SARS. This included developing the performance contracts for approval by the Minister of Finance.
Shirley Zinn has since joined the International Faculty of IPMS Global - see IPMS People - International Faculty
IPMS trained all of the above 600+ leaders and managers on the use of IPMS tools with the architecture to create a 'cohesive leadership system' across SARS.
2003 - 2012
Engaged in a long term relationship with FNB Speedpoint across the full spectrum of strategy to operations from merchant facing services into the settlement. Developing a complete 'end to end' system thinking architecture to remove bottlenecks in service delivery and cost of service.

IPMS trained and developed all leaders, managers and teams from the CEO to the newest employee.
IPMS also deployed it's world class sales leadership toolkit SPRinT across the whole front end team, taking back massive market share from new entrants in the merchant acquiring environment.
2015 - 2016
Engaged in a long term relationship with Nedbank, a subsidiary of Old Mutual, we were also invited to develop and run two specific programmes for Old Mutual Senior Leadership.
The success of these programmes spilled across major trading segments of Old Mutual's core business, notably in its largest region - north and south Gauteng as well as across the entire actuarial function. References from GMs can be read on our programmes page: Manager of Function
IPMS trained and developed the Marketing Actuarial team and also ran a one year-long programme for the General Manager level (including Nedbank and Mutual & Federal) This to take the General Manager level to full role competence.
Engaged in a long term relationship with Nedbank to develop their leadership architecture and leadership programmes for all levels of line manager from the newest supervisor though to, Manager of Others, Managers of Managers and Managers of Function

IPMS trained and developed hundreds of line managers at all levels on the fundamentals of practical leadership and management, always in the real-world context of their organisation, their function and their scorecards.
We began our relationship with Mintek by delivering a highly innovative and dynamic leadership programme encompassing existing General Managers as well as rising stars and future GMs. The group of spanned a wide age and experience range.

We created an incubator environment of small and intensely interdependent teams which forged alliances in experience, energy, risk and outputs. The outcomes were in all senses remarkable as everyone graduated through a philosophy of 'never let one slide'.
