Major leadership and management development project. The CIO led his team to fuse multiple bank IT functions - across the lifecycle from software development and service delivery - into one organisation and then integrate it into the Operations, Marketing and Client Services of the main bank.
2003 - 2006
Sponsored by the Commissioner, Pravin Gordhan we designed a Drotter-style Leadership Architecture for all levels of leader at SARS. We trained the Commissioner, 18 General Managers and 600 managers in SARS. This included developing the performance contracts for approval by the Minister of Finance.
IPMS trained all of the above 600+ leaders and managers on the use of IPMS tools with the architecture to create a 'cohesive leadership system' across SARS.
2003 - 2012
Engaged in a long term relationship with FNB Speedpoint across the full spectrum of strategy to operations from merchant facing services into the settlement. Developing a complete 'end to end' Drotter-style leadership architecture to span all levels of leader and teach them to optimise service delivery and cost of service.

2015 - 2019
Old Mutual had observed the success of the Drotter-style architecture at Nedbank and invited us to develop and run three specific programmes for Old Mutual Senior Leadership.

Using our Drotter-style architecture we blended 3 levels of leader into one programme focused not on role level but competency level. This highly innovative and dynamic leadership programme encompassed existing General Managers, rising stars and future GMs. The group of spanned a wide age and experience range. It was a huge success.
